Yes. You've unmasked (in /etc/portage/package.unmask) a specific version of the docs (1.4.99, because you used an = sign, and a version number). However, you're trying to install version 1.5.0 whatever, which you have not unmasked. Change the line in package unmask to reflect the correct version number.
