Hmm... why did you upgrade from version 6.8.0-r4 to the *hard masked*
version?
The latest *stable* version is 6.8.2-r1. That is a major upgrade already
and it just might work better than a pre-release snapshot. Packages are
hard masked for a good reason.
6.8.2-r2 is working fine here btw.
