Probally you are using virtualbox greater than 2.1. Just do this :

Networking --->
    Networking Options --->
    <*> 802.1d Ethernet Bridging

and loaded this three modules. I believe the second one is mandatory to
bridge.
vboxnetadp
vboxnetflt
vboxdrv
