If people would learn to quote correctly, removing the superfluous material and placing their replies after the statements they are replying to (you know, just like when having a real conversation). Mails would be easier to read and understand, and therefore read by more people, possibly including the one who knows the answer but can't be arsed trawling through all the shit people include because they won't make the effort to communicate clearly. -- Neil Bothwick If ignorance is bliss, why aren't more people happy?
