# ls /boot/grub/x86_64-efi/z*
/boot/grub/x86_64-efi/zfs.mod /boot/grub/x86_64-efi/zfscrypt.mod
/boot/grub/x86_64-efi/zfsinfo.mod

so you only need "/boot/efi" to be a fat partition.
