[gentoo-user] Qt 5 manual

Hello,

dev-qt/qthelp:4 ships with the wonderful doc USE flag for installing
the Qt API manual in /usr/share/doc/qt-4.x.x.  qthelp:5 doesn't have
USE=doc; has it moved somewhere else?  Is it a WIP?
