Which portage version are you using? 2.0.51.22-r2? There was a bug in one of
them that would cause ccache permissions to be updated everytime in exactly
the above situation. What you have there is 2760 permissions. What you need
is 2750. `chmod 2750 /root/.ccache` will fix it.
Hi, I tried that and the first app I installed after (bin2iso ~ 7Kb) took longer waiting for ccache than compiling&installing.
However, when emerging a second app there was no waiting time for ccache ajustment of permissions!! So it looks that it's woking!
I'll run an update world later.. as a final test :)
