I recently had a conversation along the lines of

Caller: Would you like a free quote for a conservatory?
Me:     Ooh yes, I'd really like a conservatory...
Caller: <excitement rising>
Me:     ... but I'm not sure the people in the flat downstairs would be
        too happy about it
