Hi all, I have a problem (oh, really?). I just upgraded my system from an AMD Athlon 3200+ to a AMD X2 3800+, with new motherboard. Whenever I try to compile anything from portage (emerge foobar) I get "C Compiler cannot create executables". The kernel did compile though.
CFLAGS="-march=k8 -O3 -pipe -fomit-frame-pointer -ftracer -msse3 -mfpmath=sse3" I guess some CFLAGS could be eliminated, but who, and why? And how do I set up the right once for my new CPU? Best regards, Andreas Karlsson Sweden
