[gentoo-user] app-text/foliate ebuild?

Hi,
I came across the "modern ebook reader" foliate  
(github.com/johnfactotum/foliate)
Since I don't know about meson, I failed to write an ebuild for that.
Has anybody know about an ebuild for foliate?
