One answer:

Open https://helixcommunity.org/download.php/1589/ in a web browser.

See if RealPlayer-10.0.6.776-20050915.i586.rpm is there.

If so, download it, copy it to /usr/portage/distfiles and try your
emerge again.

If not, or you cannot go directly to that page, go to the helix
homepage, get to their download page, and by whatever means the page
demands, download RealPlayer-10.0.6.776-20050915.i586.rpm, copy it to
/usr/portage/distfiles, and try your emerge again (if the file is
already in /usr/portage/distfiles, Portage won't try to fetch it).

If RealPlayer-10.0.6.776-20050915.i586.rpm does not exist for some
reason (that particular version is not available), then you'll likely
have to either emerge a different version, sync, or wait to resolve the
issue.

Hope this helps,
Holly
