At some point in the past I added sip to package.keywords.  I removed
that and then my world update finished.  So, the unstable version of sip
needs to have some loving before going stable.  It appears to be sick. 

Thanks for the help.  I can't believe I actually ran up on a big instead
of me doing something wrong.  o_O
