If you only need to access the internet and the host system, then you
can just use -net user or -user-net (depending on version). Otherwise,
try
  http://blog.bravecobra.com/index.php/linux?p=41&more=1&page=2
The page is a bit old, but the author was using Gentoo for his host
OS, so the steps should be pretty much the same.
