OK, the file is online at http://www.linguistik.uni-erlangen.de/~msbethke/strace-dale.txt It doesn't look like permissions or so were the problem though. Maybe just let strace write everything to a file (strace -olog mozilla). The result will prolly be huge, but gzipped it should be OK.
