There aren't any here... even with the -v flag I get no ouput from that: emerge -vp --newuse world >>> --newuse implies --update... adding --update to options. These are the packages that I would merge, in order: Calculating world dependencies ...done! So apparently this is not a factor yet konq will not accept an smb address. And I cannot access the gentoo box from windows machines on the network. The /etc/samba/smb.conf hasn't changed and I can access the gentoo box from windows boxes nearby. -- gentoo-user@gentoo.org mailing list
