I don't think that will work. The rules would reside in /etc on my boot drive, and the kernel would never see them because it isn't seeing the boot drive as the boot drive, it sees it as /dev/hde. I think the change has to be something in the kernel. -- gentoo-user@gentoo.org mailing list
