So, I want something like:
Partition Filesystem Size Description
/dev/hda1 ext2 32M Boot partition
/dev/hda2 (swap) 512M Swap partition
/dev/hda3 ext3 ??? Root partition
/dev/hda4 fat32
I'm concerned about overwriting the windows partition, or mucking up the
dual-boot bootloader.
There are directions at

but I'd like to have it all worked out ahead of time for my own sake.
Perhaps I don't even need to format anything?
