You don't need a cable from the CD player to the sound card with xmms: Options -> Preferences -> Audio I/O Plugins -> Audio CD Reader -> Configure -> Output -> Read Digital CD Audio -- Hilsen Harald. -- gentoo-user@gentoo.org mailing list
