Network drivers must be built in the kernel or loaded as modules to work. What does "lspci" say about your NIC? Check your model and load the correct modules (if you compiled them) or compile your kernel again with builtin support.
Another problem is when I run "rc -update" there is an error message " runlevel update is not existed" .
"rc-update" is a whole command, not "rc -update" (note the space between rc and -update), update is not an argument for rc...
