Are you *sure* you don't want to use VNC? Xvnc will allow you to connect to your standard X desktop from a remote VNC client, which sounds pretty close to what you want to do.
I do. Have you ever used VNC over the internet? It's WAY too slow. nxserver for example doesn't lag that much. I'd use it, if it worked. -- gentoo-user@gentoo.org mailing list
