Hi, my system is configured to have a ldap based authentication. I put "bind_policy soft" on /etc/ldap.conf file, so I need nscd running, but after about 5 seconds that I start nscd, it dies. Why? I check log files but I can't see any additional information. I prefer to use "bind_policy hard", but at the boot time the system hangs. Any suggestion?
