Maybe it's just they are not a professional support call center, but
people coding in their spare time for free?
If anyone here has a moment to look at what I posted and either
make some suggestions about how I might fix it or other info I should
post for when someone does look at it I would appreciate it.
I'd suggest to post the bug to mythbackend developers too, which
probably can help better on this kind of issue.
