Actually it's exactly as Joerg says.
If you would open the official site [1] of the project "cdrkit", you
would see:
"2008/03/17 Cdrkit 1.1.7.1 has been released."
...but there is no such release at the place [2] I could find as
official repository.

Just to correct a mistake. At http://cdrkit.org/releases/ is the release
you are missing. There is even a newer version not listed at
http://www.cdrkit.org/.
Funny thing is that the mirror http://cdrkit.org/releases/ has the newer
releases than http://debburn.alioth.debian.org/.
