I have the same problem here. Tried Firefox, Epiphany and Konqueror-3.x.

Their CSS-file contains this line:
"body {margin: 0; padding: 0; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;
font-size: 100%; line-height: 21px; min-width: 960px; background:
#184860; color: #000}"

Doesn't look suspicious to me.
