Hello :)

Have you tried with the default filter 
        filter = [ "r|/dev/nbd.*|", "a/.*/" ]
to be on the safe side?

Are you sure, that at the moment the script runs, the devices are
accessible? Maybe a module needs to load before dm-mod loads?
