Don't use Amarok. Especially not 2.2.0 since it doesn't appear to be working for many people - mysql problems :-) music players are a dime a dozen, out of the 100s of choices out there, there must be one other than amarok that suits your needs -- alan dot mckinnon at gmail dot com
