I never heard of it before, but there's an extensive description in
the kernel docs:

/usr/src/linux/Documentation/intel_txt.txt

It sounds like it's a way of the BIOS authenticating your kernel
hasn't been altered before allowing the system to boot. Maybe I'm
misunderstanding.
