We have not had a meeting in a while. I propose the following:
A monthly meeting. The meeting will have an agenda that is posted beforehand. The meeting will discuss agenda items until time expires or until all items have been discussed. If time expires, undiscussed items are placed on the next meeting's agenda. Meeting attendees are expected to have read the agenda prior to the meeting. Meeting attendance is not required; however the agenda is present to inform the community about what is being discussed and if someone has a stake in an issue attendance is highly recommended. Meeting attendance is open; anyone may attend. I suggest the following meeting time. The first Tuesday of every month, at 22:00 UTC (mark_alec is hard to schedule for).
