Markus, also; though I can probably just take a line from the letter of
support that you wrote on behalf of OSGeo.
I've done a substantial rewrite (mainly to shorten the main PR section
and move stuff into notes). I think you may already have enough quotes
so I haven't added one from me but if you decide one is really necessary
let me know. Overall it is looking good.
