Nominatium does not appear to find a result on "Fourth Street" when "4th
Street" is searched for. See "938 4th Street, New Westminster, BC, Canada"
and "938 Fourth Street, New Westminster, BC, Canada" for an example. Both
should find http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/way/87326942
