linked places are not removed when node is deleted
Morriscastle place node was replaced with admin relation

However Morriscastle polygon is linked to old node:

node was deleted on Thu, 30 Aug 2012 20:27:05 +0000
http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/node/712291034
Node 712291034 is gone in planet_osm_nodes and place but still exists in
placex.
