Search for "Kottayam, Kerala, India" and the results list "Kottayam,
Alapppuzha, Kerala, India", Alappuzha being the county. However the result
should be "Kottayam, Kottayam, Kerala, India". The town of Kottayam is
located in the county of Kottayam. The county itself gets its name from
the town.
