With regard to the following address search:
44 SE Clarence Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55414
This finds and displays the correct house.
HOWEVER, the following search fails to find the house:
44 Clarence Avenue SE, Minneapolis, MN 55414
The only difference is the placement of the "SE". The streets in the
surrounding neighborhood have the "SE" designation placed ''before'' the
street name for some unknown reason, but invariably actual residents of
the neighborhood (and the city) place the SE designation ''after'' the
street name (as is shown on Google Maps).
In any case, I would expect the search to work correctly either way, as it
does with Google.
