#5121: Look for POI's in building polygon's with a building addr tag

I'd like to request an enhancement to nominatim to return the address when
searching for a POI that is within a building outline. If the POI does not
have an addr tag and the building outline contains an addr tag, then
return the POI's address. For example:
search for ''Guild 45th Theatre'' currently nominatim returns:
''Cinema Guild 45th Theatre, North 45th Street, Fremont, Wallingford,
Seattle, King, Washington, 98103, United States of America''
Since the POI does not contain an address and the building outline does,
I'd like to see nominatim return:
''Cinema Guild 45th Theatre, 2215, North 45th Street, Fremont,
Wallingford, Seattle, King, Washington, 98103, United States of America''
I believe this additional information would help by providing a more
complete search results.
