Thanks for your email and the links which you have provided. We do not want to install full planet OSM data but we would like to install data for GCC States only. So we have downloaded pbf file for GCC states (gcc-states-latest.osm.pbf) from http://download.geofabrik.de/. Pls suggest how to setup reverse geocoding database to get the correct address using a latitude and longitude coordinates using this pbf file of GCC States.
