Fixing the abbreviation issue is more of a long term project because it
requires some fundamental changes to the database that are not backwards
compatible. At the moment possible abbreviations are collected
[https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Name_finder:Abbreviations here in the
wiki]. Junior is already in this list, so closing the issue here for now.
