Hi, we have just released a new stable version 2.3.1 of Nominatim.
This is a minor release that fixes a fatal parsing problem during setup. If you already have a Nominatim installation, you can safely ignore this release. Technical details: the layout of the directory view on planet.osm.org has changed, so that the download of the state files no longer worked and the setup process exited prematurely with an error. This has been fixed and now the old and new directory layout can be parsed.
