Correct. We are having some trouble with the primary server, which is rather overloaded as a result. To reduce load updates have been suspended on that server for the time being.
The web site has been switched to use a different server, which is up to date, which is why the web site gets the right results. The bug is that the web site still links to nominatim.osm.org although it was actually querying poldi.osm.org for the results.
