Nominatim is currently not updating due to some server maintenance. These
boundaries will probably appear as soon as it has caught up in a day or
two. You can check Nominatim's website at
http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org for the date of the last update (the
date at the top of the page). If you still can't search for the boundaries
when the server has caught up, feel free to reopen this ticket.
