One example node I would expect to be found is
https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/3140255868 , which has addr:city
specified. All the POIs with the same main address are inside the
building at https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/305065377 , visible in the
map view at https://www.openstreetmap.org/#map=19/34.80805/-82.23319
