If you do a reverse geocoding request anywhere within the city of
Essaouira, Morocco, the city returned is "Essaouira Province", which is
incorrect. Here is an example query:
http://nominatim.openstreetmap.org/reverse?format=json&lat=31.515385367385335&lon=-9.772137753648309&addressdetails=1
That query returns the node with ID 3222892365. If we look that up using
OSM we see that the city is correctly shown as "Essaouira":
