Adding the values here in case somebody changes/corrects the place.
* Raw XML http://www.openstreetmap.org/api/0.6/way/125315461 contains
`<tag k="name:en" v="Hai Thuong\"/>`
* `place` table contains `select name from place where osm_type='W' and
osm_id=125315461;`
`"name:en"=>"Hai Thuong\\\\"`
* same in the `placex` table.
