So what you need to do is to make sure you are complying with the usage
policy, which you can find here:
https://operations.osmfoundation.org/policies/nominatim/
In particular make sure you are providing appropriate referer and/or user-
agent information.
Once you have done that anyt block should lift automatically after a few
hours.
