Bonjour Benjamin, Puis-je vous suggérer de regarder éventuellement du côté de la BAN? Vous pourriez bénéficier gratuitement de ce service en tant qu'administration Française. Vous pourriez même disposer de votre propre serveur. C'est un service interministériel auquel vous pourriez tout à fait contribuer à terme effectivement. Le moteur de recherche Addok derrière la BAN accepte le chargement de gros fichiers CSV. Il est compatible avec la base d'adresses OSM et optimisé pour les adresses Françaises. En effet l'API OSM est parfaite pour des recherches ponctuelles mais peu adaptée au géocoding de masse, dans votre cas.
