Hi all, There has been a lot of talk about ESAS methane plumes over the past few months. I know John Nissen believes this is a significant development, and Russian researchers are "shocked" at what they've observed, but what do others in the group (particularly scientists) think about these plumes, accelerating sea-ice retreat, etc.? Is this just something for us to monitor closely going forward, or should we be seriously concerned about what this portends for the near future?
