I answered this immediately.  No.  But I had to wade through the paper to find this, "the Taal eruption is still too small, and its SO2 amount is about two orders of magnitude smaller than those of the 1982 El Chichón and 1991 Pinatubo eruptions (Table 1), which means that the climate response to the current magnitude of the Taal eruption would be
insignificant."
