Hi Kate, I hope you're doing well! I thought I would reach out because my department (Environmental Science at Allegheny College) is hiring for a 1 year position that has the chance of being extended to an second year or converted to tenure-track. Personally, I'd love to have another geographer join us. It's a great opportunity for someone that's finishing up and is looking to gain some teaching experience, learn about liberal arts college life, and enjoys working in an interdisciplinary department. I've attached a PDF of the ad. If people have questions, they should definitely contact me as I'm happy to talk about the department, the college, the position, etc. I'm also happy to talk with them on the phone about the future of the position. Thanks in advance! Brittany -- Brittany Y.
