Hi Bernd,
There is a Non-linear GX within montaj (NLFILT GX) which will
remove/eliminate spikes which exceed a given amplitude for a specified
filter width. If you need to use this within a larger GX, then the function
to call is:
NLFilt_DU(Data,Line,InCh,OutCh,iWidth,rTolerance);
To see how this is implemented you should have a look at the nlfilt.gxc
file. Let me know if you need any more info.
