Adding an internal, non-gx item to the right mouse button popup in a map is
not available in 4.2.
In 4.3 we allow the user to add internal non-gx items the popup menus using
the " * " syntax.
Create a new .omn file with the following:
MENU "@PopupMap"
ITEM "Ruler", *ID_MAP_RULER
Save it, for example, as ruler.omn .
Then you can load this into any workspace and have the ruler function
available from the right mouse click in a map.
For more information see the 4.3 GX Developer User Guide, page 39. This
section deals with "Working with Menus". Here you can find a listing of the
Internal Menu Commands.
