Hi Martin, nice to see you. Maybe you've read the various mails from me and strk. After various tests, it seems JTS don't seem to fall in the exceptions thrown by GEOS, and the unstable GEOS behaviour seems to be related to floating point operations (like common bits removing). I'm going to stress JTS some more...
